Statwide is an AI-powered customer intelligence platform designed to unify product, marketing, and revenue data into a single system of insight. The platform analyzes behavioral, contextual, and performance data to generate predictive signals, recommendations, and analytics that help businesses make better decisions across the customer lifecycle.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to use Statwide. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Account Responsibility
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Statwide immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account. Statwide is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Statwide only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not misuse the platform in ways that could harm the service, other users, or any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, copying or reselling any part of the service, interfering with system performance, accessing data that does not belong to you, or using the platform to process unlawful, harmful, or misleading data.
5. Customer Data and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you provide to Statwide or connect through integrations (“Customer Data”). By using the Services, you grant Statwide a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering, maintaining, and improving the platform. This includes generating insights, analytics, and AI-driven recommendations.
Statwide does not claim ownership over your data and does not sell your data to third parties. All processing is done in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-Generated Insights
Statwide uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and provide recommendations, predictions, and insights. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, these outputs are probabilistic in nature and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes. You acknowledge that all decisions made based on Statwide’s outputs are your responsibility. The platform is intended to support decision-making, not replace human judgment.
7. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
Certain features of Statwide may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees on a recurring basis, as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If payment is not received when due, Statwide reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services. We may update pricing from time to time, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
8. Availability and Modifications
We aim to provide a reliable and continuously improving service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. From time to time, we may perform maintenance, release updates, or modify features. We reserve the right to change or discontinue parts of the Services at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Statwide platform, including its software, algorithms, design, branding, and AI systems, are owned by Statwide. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
10. Termination
Statwide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if your use of the platform poses a risk to the system or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease, and your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. In no event shall Statwide’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Statwide in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Statwide, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
